Hi Families,
My name is Kristal and I would like to introduce myself as the Centre Manager at Discover Early Learning Camillo.
I am very excited to be part of your child’s early learning journey and look forward to building strong, supportive relationships within our Centre community.
I bring 9 years of experience within the Early Childhood sector and am passionate about providing strong leadership and support to both our educators and children.
My goal is to help create a warm, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels secure, supported and encouraged to thrive.
I am also passionate about supporting and empowering our team to provide the highest quality care and education possible for every child.
As a mum myself, I understand the trust families place in us each day when caring for their children. Because of this, I am committed to building respectful and trusting relationships with all families and creating open communication within our Centre.

We honour educational pioneers like Maria Montessori, John Bowlby, and Friedrich Froebel, whose philosophies continue to inspire our approach to early learning. At the same time, we shape our own path, drawing on the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Framework, and world-leading early learning models from Finland.
