I’m thrilled to be the Centre Manager here at Discover Early Learning, Osborne Park. With over 20 years in the early childhood sector, I’ve worked my way through almost every role — starting as a Certificate III trainee and growing into positions such as Lead Educator, Educational Leader, Centre Manager, and eventually Area Coordinator overseeing multiple services. Each step has deepened my understanding of quality care, strong team culture, and the vital role early education plays in shaping children’s lives.
Beyond my professional experience, I’m also a mum to a beautiful 3-year-old daughter, so I truly understand how hard it can be to leave your most precious little person in the care of others. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly, and I approach my role with the same empathy, honesty, and care I’d hope for my own child.
Childcare is not just my profession — it’s my passion. I believe in creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and thrive. My goal is to support our dedicated educators, build meaningful partnerships with families, and ensure every child feels seen, valued, and inspired every single day.

With a background as an Early Childhood Teacher and Centre Manager, I’ve spent many years in the sector, developing a passion for mentoring educators and ensuring children receive the highest quality care and education.
